He began studying trombone at the age of 8 and later entered the Milan Conservatory under the guidance of Maestro Eugenio Abbiatici, where he completed the three-year degree with top marks and honors.
He continued his studies in Geneva with Maestro Andrea Bandini and collaborated with the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande and the Geneva Chamber Orchestra.
He has performed as principal trombone with the Filarmonica della Scala, the Orchestra of the Teatro Comunale di Bologna, the Arturo Toscanini Orchestra in Parma, the Orchestra dei Pomeriggi Musicali, the Orchestra Regionale della Toscana, the Sicilian Symphony Orchestra, the Filarmonica del Teatro Regio di Torino, Spira Mirabilis, and the Leonore Orchestra. He has worked with conductors such as Daniel Barenboim, Riccardo Chailly, Daniel Harding, Fabio Luisi, Andrés Orozco-Estrada, Robert Trevino, Kazuki Yamada, Philippe Jordan, and Juraj Valčuha.
In 2023, he won the audition for principal trombone with the RAI National Symphony Orchestra in Turin.
